Our Classes


All Levels

Our All Levels class is designed for everyone — whether you’re brand new to reformer Pilates or have years of experience.

This session offers a balanced, full-body workout with options to scale exercises up or down depending on your ability, comfort and confidence. Instructors provide modifications and progressions throughout, allowing you to move at your own pace while still feeling challenged.


Perfect for beginners, regular practitioners, and advanced movers looking to refine technique or deepen their practice.

Intermediate

Our Intermediate class is ideal for clients who are comfortable with the reformer and familiar with foundational Pilates movements.

Expect a slightly faster pace, more complex choreography and transitions, and higher-intensity variations designed to build strength, control and endurance.


This class is not recommended for complete beginners. If you’re new to the reformer, we suggest starting with our All Levels classes before progressing to Intermediate.

All Levels - Women’s Only

This is just like the All Levels class but delivered in a women-only environment.

The session follows the same structure and accessibility as our standard All Levels class — suitable for beginners through to advanced clients, with plenty of options to customise intensity.


It’s a supportive, comfortable space for women who prefer to train in a women-only setting while enjoying a full-body, inclusive workout.
