Frequently Asked Questions
-
Most of our classes are open to anyone aged 16 and over. Where stated, some classes are women-only.
All levels are welcome, and no prior experience or fitness level is required. If you’ve never used a reformer before, we recommend starting with our All Levels classes and ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the class start time so we can give you a brief mandatory orientation before the session begins.
-
Comfortable, clean, form-fitting workout clothing is recommended. Avoid clothing with zips or sharp details that could catch on the reformer equipment.
Grip socks are required for hygiene and safety. If you don’t have a pair, we have some available for purchase at the studio.
-
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to get settled.
First-time clients must attend a brief introduction to the reformer machine and key safety guidance 10 minutes prior to the class start time.
-
For safety reasons, we unfortunately cannot permit entry once the class has started. If you arrive late, the session will be treated as a no-show.
-
Memberships are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have a minimum three-month term.
Memberships auto-renew until cancelled. You must give 30 days’ notice to cancel.
One freeze is permitted every 12 months (not available during the first 3 months). Additional freezes for medical reasons may be considered with supporting evidence.

If a class is full, you can join the waitlist and view your position at any time. If a space becomes available more than 12 hours before the class start time, the next person on the waitlist will be automatically added to the class and notified.
If a space becomes available within 12 hours of the class start time, no one will be automatically added. Instead, everyone on the waitlist will receive a text message (or an email if we do not hold your number). The first person to accept the spot will be booked into the class.
If you can no longer attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist. Standard cancellation and no-show terms apply if you are added to the class and do not attend.
If you are not added to the class, the credit you used to join the waitlist will be automatically returned to your account for future use.
-
You can cancel a class up to 12 hours before the start time. Cancellations made after this window are considered late cancellations and will result in the loss of the credit used to book the class.
No-shows also result in the loss of the credit.
