Reformer Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout performed on a specialised machine called a reformer. Using spring-based resistance and controlled movements, it builds strength, improves flexibility, and enhances posture—without stressing the joints. Suitable for all fitness levels, Reformer Pilates delivers long, strong, and balanced results.
