Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings, purchases, and attendance at Lana Reformer classes, sessions, and studio activities, including those made through our booking system (Momence) or via our website. By creating an account, booking a class, or attending the studio, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Additional policies such as our Privacy Policy and Waiver also apply to your participation.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, purchase classes or memberships, and attend sessions at Lana Reformer. By booking or attending a class, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. We may request proof of age if necessary.
3. Booking and Payments
All classes, memberships, and packages must be booked and paid for in advance through Momence. Your booking is confirmed only once full payment has been received. We reserve the right to change schedules, instructors, or class types at any time. If a class is cancelled by us, your credit will be automatically returned to your account.
4. Cancellations and No-Shows
Cancellations must be made through Momence no later than 12 hours before the scheduled class start time. Cancellations made after this window will be treated as late cancellations and will result in the loss of the class credit. No-shows will also result in the loss of the credit used to book the class. We do not offer refunds or extensions for unused or expired credits.
5. Class Credits, Packs and Memberships
Class packs and credits have an expiry date, which is shown at the time of purchase. Expired credits cannot be extended, refunded, or transferred unless required by law. Memberships are non-transferable, non-refundable, and subject to a minimum term of three months. Memberships will automatically renew unless cancelled. A minimum of 30 days’ notice is required to cancel a membership. Members are permitted one freeze within any 12-month period, which cannot be used during the initial three-month minimum term. Additional freezes for medical reasons may be considered at our discretion and must be supported by appropriate evidence.
6. Arrival and Late Arrival Policy
We ask all clients to arrive 5–10 minutes before the class start time to allow time to prepare and set up. First-time clients must attend a brief introduction to the reformer machine and essential safety guidance before the class begins. If you arrive late and miss this briefing, or if the class has already started, we may refuse entry for safety reasons. If you are refused entry due to late arrival, this will be treated as a no-show.
7. Studio Rules and Conduct
Clients must follow all instructions given by instructors and staff and must use equipment safely and responsibly. For safety and hygiene, grip socks are compulsory for participation. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.
8. Health and Safety
By participating in classes, you confirm that you are physically able to engage safely in Reformer Pilates. You are required to inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, pain, or pregnancy before each class. Failure to provide accurate health information may place you at risk and may limit your ability to participate. You must stop immediately and inform the instructor if you experience discomfort or feel unwell. The studio is equipped with CCTV for safety and security purposes.
9. Personal Belongings
All personal items brought into the studio are at your own risk. Lana Reformer does not accept responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
10. Photography and Recording
From time to time, photography or filming may take place in the studio. If you are clearly identifiable, we will seek your explicit consent before using such content for marketing. You may decline without affecting your ability to attend classes.
11. Changes to Classes, Pricing, and Terms
We may amend class schedules, pricing, memberships, or these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be made available on Momence or through communication channels. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
12. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to this, Lana Reformer is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from your participation in classes, misuse of equipment, or failure to follow instructions. You must read and agree to our Waiver before your first class. The Waiver applies to all current and future classes, sessions, and visits to Lana Reformer unless revoked in writing.
13. Privacy and Data Protection
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and use your data. By using our services, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
