Our Classes
Intro to Reformer Pilates
Intro to Reformer Pilates is designed for those who have never used a reformer before.
In this class, we’ll introduce you to the reformer equipment, basic setup, and fundamental movements used in our regular classes. Expect a slower pace, clear instructions, and plenty of guidance so you can build confidence and feel comfortable moving on the reformer.
No previous Pilates or reformer experience is required.
This class is recommended before attending Beginner or All Levels classes.
Beginner
Beginner classes are ideal for those who are new to reformer Pilates or still building confidence.
Classes focus on strong foundations, controlled movement, and clear technique. Exercises are taught at a manageable pace, with time to understand alignment, breath, and transitions.
This class is perfect if you’ve completed Intro to Reformer and want to progress steadily, or if you prefer a class that feels more supportive.
If you’re new to the Reformer, we recommend an Intro to Reformer Pilates first.
All Levels
Our All Levels class is suitable for those who are familiar with the reformer and basic Pilates principles, including beginners who have completed our Intro to Reformer Pilates.
Each class is carefully layered, with options to regress or progress exercises depending on your ability, comfort and confidence. Instructors provide modifications throughout, allowing you to move at your own pace while still feeling appropriately challenged.
Not suitable for complete beginners — please attend our Intro to Reformer Pilates first.
Women’s Only (Beginner / All Levels)
Our Women’s Only classes follow the same structure, pace and and level guidance as the class stated (Beginner or All Levels), in a women-only environment.
These sessions are designed to offer a comfortable and supportive space for those who prefer to train in a women-only setting. Expect the same high-quality instruction, layered programming and options to regress and progress exercises as needed.
All abilities appropriate to the class level are welcome.
If you’re new to the Reformer, we recommend an Intro to Reformer Pilates first.
